COOPERATION WITH THE USA

SG has developed relations with prestigious US universities that resulted in bilateral agreements on student mobility.

One of these agreements concerns the University of California, Berkeley which is known as one of world’s top universities. This cooperation enables students from SG member universities to study at this institution, by covering their tuition fees. All other expenses should be underwritten by the student. The Santander Group offers 8 grants every year.

The exchange is open to graduate students and the scholarship duration is one semester.

The call for applications is announced annually on the Santander Group website in September. The deadline for the submission of applications is in February.

Students of the Santander Group member universities are kindly requested to contact the Liaison Officers of their home institutions to obtain more information about the Programme and its conditions.
