The SGroup's General Assembly 2016 will behosted by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU between 2-3 December 2016

This year’s event entitled Attractive, Competitive, Smart – EU HEIs’ Human Resources Strategies for Researchers will focus on diverse approaches towards creating supportive environment for researchers and tools for assessing institutional research capacity.

The global competition for the best researchers demands the development of an excellent research infrastructure as well as professional support services. The implementation of the EU Charter and Code for Researchers is an essential key element of this process. In order to encourage and support HEIs to implement the principles of the Charter & Code into their policies and practices, the EC provides the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R).

Diverse approaches towards human resources strategies for researchers will be explored through a keynote speech and a panel discussion of experts in the field and an exchange of good practices the SGroup member universities.
