Erasmus Staff Exchange Programme - Call For Applications - Christmas Offer

The main objective of this initiative is to promote and increase administrative staff mobility within the Santander Group universities. The participants are given an opportunity to pay short visits (one or two weeks during the academic year) to foreign SG members universities. No financial support from the Santander Group is needed since the participants will benefit from the Erasmus Grants.
Only the SG Universities that have submitted offer placements for other partners can participate in this project.

The purpose of the visits is to give the administrative staff a job-specific enhancement through learning-by-doing and good practice at an SG partner institution and to allow the beneficiaries to learn by transfer of knowledge or know-how from the experiences and good practices of a partner institution, and thereby to acquire practical skills relevant for their current job and their professional development . The activities could be a study visit or job shadowing.
