Outward Student Mobility Poster Session at the LO meeting 2020

In the framework of the SGroup internal analysis on “Inclusive Outward Student Mobility”, which has been under development since January, the  Liaison Officers’ meeting (28 October 2020, at the University of Minho, Portugal) will include a poster session on the theme of “innovative practices in outward mobility for students from disadvantaged and underrepresented groups”. All member universities are invited to submit proposals by 15th September!

At the beginning of 2020, SGroup member institutions were asked to fill in a questionnaire about inclusive student outward mobility so that the Executive Committee could develop an  internal analysis of this topic. As a result, we gathered some interesting feedback from member universities and their best practices deserve to be shared within our network.

To this end, we plan to hold a session at the Liaison Officers’ meeting (28 October 2020, at the University of Minho, Portugal), on the theme of  Inclusive Outward Student Mobility, to discuss findings and present some relevant examples.

Regrettably, we will not have enough time for everyone who responded to our questionnaire  to present all the initiatives shared with us. In consequence, we would like to suggest a poster session on the theme of ‘innovative practices in outward mobility for students from disadvantaged and underrepresented groups’. This will enable us to share information about a wide range of initiatives through posters accessible to all participants during coffee and lunch breaks.

The poster layout and graphics should be clear and visually appealing, even from a distance. The poster should be printed on a A1 size - 594 mm (width) x 841 mm (height) and be portrait style. All graphics should at least have 150 dpi, and fonts need to be included in the file. If you would like to include text in any language other than English, please provide an English translation. The resolution of the PDF should be 150 DPI or higher. The poster’s overall size is A1: 594mm x 841mm with a 5mm bleed and you can send it to us until 15 September.
